Since 2013 our team has been cooking from scratch for offices along Shoreline and Castro Street, backyard celebrations in Los Altos, and weddings from Palo Alto to Sunnyvale — with menus built around the season rather than a laminated checklist.

Winslow's Catering Mountain View operates as part of Fresh Pulp Holdings LLC, a Bay Area catering group running several regional brands. Between them, the group produces well over a thousand events a year and has served more than a million guests.
Practically speaking, you work with a small Mountain View crew that knows which loading dock to use on Amphitheatre Parkway and how long the elevator wait runs at a Castro Street office — while purchasing power, prep capacity and staffing depth come from a far bigger operation. That combination is why we can hand off 20 boxed lunches for a Tuesday standup and stage a 300-guest reception the same weekend without either one slipping.

Jason has spent a decade building this menu the slow way — cooking a dish at a real event, watching what guests actually finished, then rewriting it. Nothing survives on the list because it reads well on paper.
Our Mountain View clientele shaped a lot of it. Feeding engineering teams every week means genuinely good vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free plates instead of afterthoughts, plus dishes that hold up beautifully through an hour of staggered arrivals.
